Description company store SUpervisorSouderton, PennsylvaniaGENERAL SUMMARY: Responsible for maintaining proper inventory control to maximize product freshness and availability, monitoring day-to-day store operations,Key Tasks and Responsibilities:Establish and achieve the highest standard of store executionMaintain and replenish inventory, staying in communication with vendorsDevelop a plan strategically designed to bring in more customers and increase their basket sizeConduct regular audits to ensure the store is presentable and can function properlyManage controllable costs to keep the store profitableExecute other related duties as assignedPhysical Demands and Work Environment:Occasional exposure to extreme temperatures walk-in freezersStand/walk for up to 8-10 hoursFrequent movement within the store to access various departments, areas and/or productsRestocking Shelves- Lifting more than 50lbs occasionally. Lifting up to 5lbs Frequently.
