Job Description

To help us keep the mission on track we’re looking for a Community Manager to help us grow a mission-aligned network in a key region of the United States. This role is all about people, partnerships, and purpose and so you'll be experienced in delivering and actioning effective community programs.

Where you’ll play

You’ll report into the US Community Lead and be the face of Vivobarefoot in your region, showing up both online and offline to grow awareness, build loyalty, and drive profitable impact.

Your focus areas:

Managing a network of retained ambassadors:

  • Delivering of campaign activations.
  • Negotiating and managing contracts.
  • Content briefs and reporting.
  • KPIs based around reach, eng % and profitable revenue.

Building Vivo Pro Network

  • Sourcing and onboarding prospect pros.
  • Both online outreach and via partnerships + events.
  • Measured against onboarded numbers + new customer acquisition.
  • Working with the central team to deliver content plans & comms with the network.

Activation in home key city:

  • Working with the store or hub managers and Vivohealth coaches to deliver activations in key cities.
  • Building on the ground partnerships with like-minded businesses.
  • Tracking and reporting on content and conversions of your owned ambassadors.
  • Reporting back to the business on the health of the community networks, sharing insightful data and insights.
  • Attending key events in the calendar year.

All about you

You’re a connector, a doer, and a passionate advocate for natural health and movement.

  • You have experience & network in culture, health, outdoor and/or fitness space.
  • This role will be based out of Austin, Texas and so ideally you'll already have this as a base.
  • You have managed regional community programs in the past.
  • You are interested and willing in attending and doing face to face networking with our external community.
  • A deep expertise and proven experience in this area
  • Previous experience managing ambassadors and professionals in Vivo-related industries.
  • A killer book of contacts, with a great awareness of who could be fantastic additions to the community.
  • You have an excellent understanding of and/or you’re an advocate for the health benefits of barefoot shoes and natural health.
  • A deep-rooted passion for the outdoors and nature.
  • A passion for Vivobarefoot’s brand mission.
