on Description: We ar e seeking a dynamic professional to join our employee communications team in the role of Communications Specialist. In this capacity, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Communications Lead in the management, coordination, and execution of a multitude of communications projects. You will help ensure the quality and consistency of our communications efforts, and provide limited creative support, inclusive of story/article writing and proofing. Purpose: Assis ts management with communication support in some or all of the following areas: provides counsel on identifying communication issues, develops and executes communication strategies, prepares speeches or business reports, researches and writes articles for publication, and edits content for publication to ensure accuracy and effective and appropriate communications at all levels of the Company. • es communication support and consulting services to departments and units to support Company goals.Works
• with business contacts throughout the Company to identify communication needs, requirements, and gaps.Resear
• ches and writes speeches for the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and corporate officers to assist them in conveying Corporate messages to employees and key public audiences.Resear
• ches and writes communications for publication to provide information helpful to the public and promote a positive Corporate image.Resear
• ches and writes internal communications to aid in employee knowledge of, and alignment with Corporate goals and strategies.Edits
