• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines
• Review architectural drawings and specifications to prepare accurate material take-offs and cost estimates
• Obtain quotes and lead times from suppliers to support precise and competitive bids
• Oversee projects from quotation through completion, ensuring timelines and billing procedures are followed
• Prepare and submit detailed submittal packages for architect and/or engineer approval
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve design or scheduling issues, ensuring exceptional customer service
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and general contractors
• Stay current on product knowledge through ongoing training and development opportunities (occasional out-of-state travel may be required and is company reimbursed)
