Job Title: Commercial Construction Project Manager

Location: Roswell GA

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Commercial Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee the construction for commercial projects. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing complex projects from inception to completion, adherence to budget, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage commercial construction projects valued between $1M and $10M.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to define project scopes and ensure deliverables align with expectations.
  • Oversee all construction phases, including preconstruction planning, execution, and project closeout.
  • Maintain project schedules, control budgets, uphold quality standards, and mitigate potential risks.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Utilize project management tools such as ProCore and AccuMatica for tracking progress, generating reports, and forecasting.
  • Supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site teams to meet performance objectives.
  • Host regular progress meetings with stakeholders to promote alignment and transparent communication.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience managing commercial construction projects.
  • Expertise in interior construction, tenant build-outs, and general commercial projects.
  • Proficiency in project management software, including ProCore and AccuMatica.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership capabilities.
  • OSHA 30 certification required; PMP certification is a plus.
