Job Description:

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join their team in Houston, Texas. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing ground-up interior projects and be proficient with Procore. This role involves overseeing projects valued up to $10 million, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all aspects of ground-up interior projects from inception to completion.
• Utilize Procore for project management, documentation, and communication.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure project milestones are met.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful project delivery.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards.
• Prepare and present regular project updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
• Proficiency with Procore software.
• Extensive experience with ground-up interior projects.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects valued up to $10 million.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
