ResponsibilitiesClient Engagement: Build strong, positive relations by engaging with commercial insurance clients to understand their service needs and ensure satisfaction.
Issue Resolution: Address and resolve inquiries and issues efficiently and in a timely manner to provide exceptional customer service.
Policy Support: Assist clients with policy changes, billing questions, and other customer service needs related to their commercial insurance policies.
Documentation: Accurately document interactions and updates in the company's CRM system to maintain detailed records of client communications.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure clients receive the best possible service and support for their insurance needs.
Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about industry updates and company changes to provide clients with the most accurate and current information.
RequirementsExperience: Minimum of 2 years in customer service, preferably in commercial insurance.
Licensing: Missouri Property and Casualty License is required.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Customer Service Orientation: A strong commitment to providing excellent service and exceeding customer expectations.
Problem-Solving Abilities: Ability to efficiently address and resolve customer inquiries and issues.
Technical Skills: Basic proficiency with customer service software and CRM systems.
Adaptability: Willingness and ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing in-office and remote work effectively.
Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in handling customer requests and documentation.
