Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Lexington, KY for a Commercial Drywall Estimator at Grayhawk. The Commercial Drywall Estimator will be responsible for estimating a complete labor & material proposal for metal stud framing, gypsum board hang/finish, insulation, acoustical ceilings, acoustical wall panels, EIFS, and allied carpentry work.

• Construction estimating experience with a focus on Division 9 work.
• Strong communication skills with clients, designers, and internal teams.
• Proficient with computerized estimating programs.
• Knowledge of construction industry best practices.
• Ability to work well in a fast-pace team environment.
• Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to confidently and decisively take action.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or 3-5 years estimating experience.
