Project Coordinator

Restaurants/Hospitality

Contract

Monday – Friday 8am-5pm EST

Columbus, Ohio (onsite)

What you’ll be doing:

• Manage a high volume of over 1,600 tasks using Smartsheet, ensuring consistent tracking, updates, and process follow-through.
• Maintain smooth operations for store and vendor processes by completing action items and monitoring progress.
• Utilize Excel to organize data, apply formulas, and generate reports that highlight sales trends and store performance.
• Ensure data accuracy and work efficiently under time-sensitive conditions.
• Communicate professionally with franchisees, third-party vendors, and internal teams through emails and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with partners like OLO, DoorDash, Uber Eats, Grubhub, and SEST to support operational tasks.
• Follow established workflows while identifying opportunities to streamline and improve processes.
• Complete a two-week onboarding program, then independently manage a full-time workload with accountability.

Who we’re looking for:

• Experience working in or supporting restaurants, with a strong grasp of their fast-paced, service-driven environment.
• Proficient in Smartsheet (highly preferred) and Excel, including advanced formulas, filters, and data organization.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a structured, checklist-driven approach to administrative tasks.
• Strong communication skills across email, phone, and internal tools, maintaining professionalism and clarity.
• Process-minded and proactive, with experience in project management or coordinating tech/vendor rollouts in restaurant settings.
• Demonstrates ownership, speed, and precision — able to complete tasks thoroughly without missing steps or cutting corners.
