About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to play a pivotal role in driving strategic alignment, operational excellence, and organizational effectiveness across the revenue organization. This high-impact leadership position is responsible for acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to the CRO, tackling critical initiatives, and ensuring the seamless execution of revenue and organizational goals. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker, operational leader, and exceptional communicator with a proven ability to manage complexity and drive results in high-growth environments. Key responsibilities for the Chief of Staff include strategic partnership with the CRO, strategic planning and alignment, operational excellence, project management, and leadership communication. The role demands a leader who can design and implement operational structures, monitor KPIs, and lead high-priority cross-functional projects. The ideal candidate will have a background in strategy, consulting, revenue operations, or a similar leadership role, with a strong analytical and problem-solving skill set. Experience in SaaS, tech, or high-growth environments is preferred, and proficiency in tools such as Salesforce, Tableau, and advanced Excel/Google Sheets is required. The Chief of Staff will also be instrumental in fostering a team culture that champions the company's values and in strategizing team-building activities to enhance alignment and collaboration.
