About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief of Staff to the Chief Product Officer and Chief Technology Officer. This strategic and dynamic role is pivotal in driving innovation and excellence within the Product and Engineering teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for orchestrating cross-functional initiatives, optimizing operational processes, and championing the adoption of artificial intelligence (AI) to enhance product development and engineering practices. Candidates for the Chief of Staff position should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an advanced degree being a plus, and 7 to 10 years' experience in a strategic leadership or technical program management role. Proficiency in AI technologies, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, exceptional communication, and proven leadership abilities are essential. The role requires a candidate with a data-driven approach to decision-making, a strong background in project management, and expertise in risk management.
