About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance within the leadership team, managing executive operations, and ensuring the seamless execution of strategic initiatives. This role requires a resourceful and solutions-oriented individual with a passion for climate action, excellent analytical, project management, and organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization. The Chief of Staff will also be a trusted advisor, managing sensitive information with discretion and integrity, and will be expected to advocate for the company's mission and values.
