About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief of Staff to provide strategic and operational support to the Chief Operating Officer. The successful candidate will be a key advisor and partner in the development and execution of strategic initiatives, as well as a trusted liaison between the COO and internal teams. This role demands a proactive and strategic thinker with exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. The Chief of Staff will be responsible for project and program management, optimizing operational processes, and fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability. Administrative duties include organizing schedules, coordinating high-level meetings, and handling confidential information with discretion.
