About the Role

The Company is seeking a Full-Time Chief of Staff to the President. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in providing leadership and operational oversight to the President's Office, contributing to the achievement of the college's mission and goals. Key responsibilities include strategic planning, fostering internal and external relations, ensuring operational efficiency, and managing the flow of information. The Chief of Staff will also be involved in community engagement and will serve as a liaison to the Board of Trustees. The role demands a professional with a Bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred), proven leadership experience, strong interpersonal and communication skills, exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to the college's mission. The role requires a candidate with a background in a leadership role, preferably in a higher education or non-profit setting, and experience in budget management.
