About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief of Staff to serve as a strategic partner to the Founder-CEO. The successful candidate will be responsible for translating high-level strategy into actionable plans, overseeing key strategic projects, and providing organization and clarity in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This role involves handling high-priority initiatives, conducting in-depth research to provide insights, and supporting effective internal and external communications. The Chief of Staff will be a proactive individual with a proactive mindset, capable of anticipating and resolving issues, maintaining confidentiality, and holding stakeholders accountable. Applicants for the Chief of Staff position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field, with at least 10 years of professional experience in high-growth environments. A minimum of 5 years in a Chief of Staff or managerial role within similar settings is required. The role demands exceptional written and verbal communication skills, the ability to simplify complex information, strong interpersonal skills, and the capacity to collaborate and influence across departments. The Chief of Staff will be expected to work in a fully remote capacity, with quarterly travel, and may need to be flexible for after-hours availability.
