What You’ll Do:

You’ll take ownership of one key business area and lead strategy and performance.

Talent | Operations | Training | Guest Experience

Your week looks like:

• 👥 Leading a team of 65+ people
• 🍟 Hands-on restaurant operations (35–40 hrs/week)
• 📈 Strategic work on your department (5–10 hrs/week)
• 🧠 Solving problems, building systems, and leveling up the business
• 🤝 Collaborating with other leaders on big goals
• 💸 Tracking expenses, growing profits
• 🌱 Developing the next generation of leaders

Perks & Pay: Total compensation estimated at $70K+

Starting at $27/hr up to 45 hrs/week
