Chef de Cuisine position in
Sortino's Italian Kitchen . In this position, you will be responsible for the culinary operations of our popular new age red sauce restaurant, where old-school Italian cuisine meets the modern age. You will also be involved in training, ordering, and ensuring our concept is the best it can be!
We require a background of three years' progressive culinary experience and three years of management experience. Experience with Italian cuisine is helpful.
