Tennessee Contract Carriers, Inc. is hiring full-time CDL A Regional/OTR Dry Van Drivers in Gordonsville, TN. Compensation:

• Average annual pay: $60,000- $70,000
  • 48 - 53CPM, depending on experience
  • Average weekly miles: 2,500-3,000
• Additional Pay:
  • Breakdown pay: $25 per hour
  • Detention pay: $25 per hour
  • Stop pay: $40
  • Short haul pay on loads less than 300 miles
• Referral Bonus: $1,000 paid as $200 per month
• Paid weekly via direct deposit

Home Time, Route, & Schedule

• Home time: Home weekly for reset
  • Most drivers are homeFriday and leave Sunday
  • Potential to get additional home time during week
• Schedule: Out 5 - 5days
• Route: OTR, primarily east of Interstate 35, No NYC!
  • Average run returns to mid-TN every other day
  • Out and back dispatch
  • Reloads booked in advance
• Level of touch: No-touch freight

Equipment:

• Late model Mack Anthem andInternational Prostar & LT Sleeper Trucks
• Automatic Transmission
• Amenities: New Mattresses, XM Radio
• Tablet ELD with Motive/Keep Trucking Logs and Dispatch Integration
• Outward facing cameras

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 23 years of age
• Must have CDL A license
• Must have a minimum of 1 year verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience with a clean driving record
• No more than 3 vehicle violations within the last 3 years
• Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) testing and physical requirements and be knowledgeable of DOT regulations
• No DUI/DWI in the last 7 years
• No felony convictions in the last 7 years
• Must be able to pass a background check and required pre-employment drug screen
• Hiring radius: Drivers preferred within 75miles of Cookeville, TN
