Actividades:
Atención y servicio al cliente en la renta de vehículos.
Manejo de llamadas, reservaciones y contratos de renta.
Inspección, entrega y recepción de unidades.
Procesamiento de pagos y cobros.
Coordinación con el equipo para disponibilidad y limpieza de vehículos.
Horario: Según las necesidades del departamento.
Salario: $10.50 por hora.
Locación: Carolina, PR
Requisitos:
Bachillerato en Administración de Empresas o experiencia equivalente.
Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en servicio al cliente.
Conocimientos en CRM de ventas y Microsoft Office.
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y matemáticas.
Dominio del español e inglés, oral y escrito.
Licencia de conducir vigente.
