Job Description

WARNING: This is not your typical recruiting job.

Are you an unstoppable force of nature who thrives on hustle, constant travel, and high-energy environments? We're seeking two dynamic campus recruiters to join our mission of finding the brightest CS/ML minds from Stanford and MIT for a one-of-a-kind summer program.

This role demands individuals who transform impossible into accomplished, organize with military precision, and navigate campus environments with natural confidence. If connecting with brilliant minds, building strategic relationships, and living on the road while shaping tech's future ignites your passion, this position awaits you.

The essentials:

  • $75,000/year + comprehensive travel coverage
  • Full-time position
  • Based in Austin, TX (with extensive travel to Stanford and MIT)

Our ideal candidate demonstrates:

  • Magnetic presence that elevates every interaction
  • Exceptional organizational discipline while managing multiple priorities
  • Resilience that transforms challenges into achievements
  • Natural affinity for campus environments and student engagement
  • Versatile communication skills across diverse academic audiences
  • Enthusiasm for consistent travel and dynamic scheduling

Your 2025 roadmap:

  • January–May: Execute strategic recruitment campaigns at Stanford and MIT, orchestrate compelling events, and establish relationships with premier CS/ML talent
  • June–August: Deliver exceptional support to program participants, ensuring optimal experience and outcomes
  • September–December: Apply data-driven insights to enhance recruitment strategy and maximize future impact

If you recognize yourself in this description and are prepared to excel, submit your application today.

What you will be doing

  • Spearhead strategic on-campus recruitment initiatives targeting elite CS/ML students at Stanford and MIT
  • Cultivate influential relationships with students, faculty, and university organizations to establish our presence as a premier destination for top talent
  • Execute precise talent pipeline management with metrics-driven approach to achieve ambitious recruitment targets
  • Navigate between Austin headquarters and target universities to deliver high-impact recruitment events and foster meaningful connections

What you will NOT be doing

  • Managing recruitment from behind a desk in a traditional office environment
  • Adhering to conventional work hours or predictable scheduling patterns
  • Conducting passive recruitment through digital channels without direct campus engagement

Key Responsibilities

Secure and develop a pipeline of 100 exceptional CS/ML students from Stanford and MIT through strategic campus engagement, compelling event execution, and systematic relationship cultivation to fuel our organization's talent acquisition objectives.

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of demonstrated success in college recruitment or university admissions with proven high-volume candidate engagement results
  • Verifiable history of consistently achieving or exceeding aggressive outreach and conversion metrics
  • Established portfolio of successfully executed recruitment and marketing events with measurable outcomes
  • Proven capability in managing complex, multi-faceted projects with quantifiable performance indicators
  • Proficiency with ATS/CRM systems for strategic pipeline tracking and optimization
  • Current Austin, TX residence or willingness to relocate promptly
