Call Center Representative - Insurance

Our partner, a well-known health insurance company is looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key player in our customer-centric approach, you will play a pivotal role in providing top-notch service to our clients in the insurance industry. Notes: This role pays $18.75/hr. There is a 4 week paid training period that is on-site in the company's Hingham office, just off of Route 3. Attendance for this training is required and takes place Monday-Friday 10am-4pm. After training, new hires will have the option to work from home, the regular schedule is Monday-Friday 10am-6pm.

What we are looking for:

• At least 1 year of call center experience, insurance/financial setting preferred
• Data entry experience is a plus
• Tech-savvy with a demonstrated ability to quickly learn
• Strong communications skill is a must
