Call Center Customer Service Representative – Temp to Hire
Location: Franklin, TN
Pay: $15 per hour Bilingual: $16
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM

What You’ll Do:
-Answer inbound calls and assist policyholders with questions, billing, and policy updates
-Deliver outstanding customer service with every interaction
-Accurately document customer interactions and maintain records
-Work closely with your team to resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally

What We’re Looking For:
-Previous call center or customer service experience is preferred
-Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
-Dependable attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude
