Business Valuations

Responsibilities

• Manage assignments from start to finish, including designing work plans, managing teams, reporting findings, and overseeing budgets, ensuring high-quality client service.
• Develop and maintain client relationships, manage expectations, and act as the operational client-facing team member.
• Participate in business development by identifying new clients and opportunities, and expanding professional networks through conferences and events.
• Prepare and present pitches and proposals for prospective clients.
• Assess and manage risks, ensuring compliance with internal policies.
• Coach and support junior team members' development.

Qualifications

• CPA and/or CFA designation, or pursuing a valuation credential (ABV, CVA, ASA, or equivalent).
• 8+ years of experience in economic damages and/or business valuation.
• Experience at a 'Big Four' firm is a plus.
• Strong report writing, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and lead teams and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to travel.
