Responsibilities

Team Recruitment: Identify and recruit potential real estate agents who demonstrate potential and ambition.

Coaching & Development: Provide structured mentorship and coaching for team members to enhance their skills and promote professional growth.

Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate agent performance, offering feedback and strategies for improvement.

Goal Setting: Collaborate with team members to establish individual and team goals, ensuring alignment with company objectives.

Networking: Attend industry events and build relationships within the real estate community to enhance recruitment potential.

Brand Awareness: Promote Keller Williams Realty's core values and culture to attract and retain top talent.

Team Meetings: Organize and lead regular meetings to discuss progress, address challenges, and celebrate achievements.

Requirements

Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a recruiting, coaching and or leadership role.

Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a team towards achieving set goals.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse individuals.

Analytical Skills: Strong capability to analyze business metrics and identify areas for improvement.

Problem-solving: Adept at identifying problems and implementing effective solutions.

Time Management: Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the Miami Beach real estate market is advantageous.
