As a As a Business Analytics Consultant within PNC's Retail Lending organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Charlotte, NC, Tyson's Corner, VA OR Cleveland, OH.

Supports ongoing changes and transformation to PNC's Retail Lending credit and fraud decisioning engines
• Leverages the Agile framework to manage projects and changes from inception to execution. Has high level of competency with Jira and Confluence.
• Participates in eliciting requirements, translating requirements into agile user stories, refining stories with stakeholders, capturing stakeholder approvals and working with developers to implement change.
• Coordinates changes to test environments and production environments in concert with internal development groups and external vendors.
• Participates in all key documentation and artifacts for epics, stories and other work-sets.
• Process flow diagrams and maps documenting current state and future state processes.
• Participates in production release process; opens all technology change requests, serves as point for development teams and vendors on release day activities, validates release success, communicates release status to stakeholders and documents any defects.
• Supports crew by leading various ceremonies, capturing meeting notes, distributing notes to the crew, following up on take aways and setting up any future meetings.

Technical Skills Preferred:
• Experience with programming languages like Hadoop, Python and Hadoop programming
• Experience working with relational database and good understanding of SQL.
• Experience in visualization tool like Tableau, Elatic Stack, Power BI
• Familiarity working with cloud environments.
• Familiarity with one of rules engines like FICO OMDM, Drools, Experian PowerCurve.
• Knowledge working in an event driven environment and familiarity with Kafka messaging.
• Good understanding of systems integration and familiarity with different types of systems integration using API, FTP and Messaging bus.
• Ability to create process flows.
• knowledge of developing and maintenance of APIs
• Good working understanding on Agile framework.
• Experience working with Python, MongoDB, Hadoop, Swagger, Kafka, JSON schema, XSD, XML and web services (RESTful and SOAP)

Job Description
  • Leverages analytical tools to provide business and technical expertise for the analytics process, tools and applications for a business function or business unit to create data driven solutions.
  • Recommending appropriate performance measures to be produced including lifts, efficiencies, confidence intervals, and other statistical metrics.
  • Analyzing and processing data, building and maintaining models and report templates, and developing dynamic, data-driven solutions.
  • Providing business clients with detailed, actionable reports documenting the findings from, data processing, and data analysis.
  • Consulting on using business intelligence data for predictive analytics and facilitating implementation of new tools and data marts.
