Role:- Business Analyst- Need on W2 or 1099

Miami, Florida

MINIMUM SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Analyze and understand the existing business processes identifying areas for improvement and recommending process changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including end-users, managers, and IT teams, to gather and document business requirements. This will involve conducting interviews, workshops, and meetings to elicit comprehensive and accurate requirements.
• Work closely with the project team to translate business requirements into User Stories, technical specifications, and system design for the configuration, customization, and overall implementation of the Catalis Benchmark system.
• Assist with testing activities including test planning, test case creation, and test execution to ensure the quality and reliability of the system.
• Identify risks and issues related to business analysis activities and work proactively to mitigate them. Escalate critical issues as needed to ensure timely resolution.

• Analytical thinking: Ability to assess business problems and develop solutions. Technical proficiency: Familiarity with data analysis tools, databases, and business intelligence software.
• Communication skills: Strong ability to present findings and collaborate with teams. Project management: Experience managing business projects and working with cross- functional teams.
• Problem-solving: Ability to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements

MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

The Sr Business Analyst must have: Minimum 7 years of Business Analysis with a focus on IT projects. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Understand Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall project management approaches

Expertise in business intelligence tools, SQL, and data visualization.

Certifications like Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Project Management Professional (PMP) is not required but can be beneficial
