Role Description:
This is a part-time remote role for a Bookkeeper/Assistant Project Manager with our small Architectural/Interior Design firm. As our Bookkeeper/Assistant Project Manager you will be responsible for our books through QUICKBOOKS ONLINE to include financial statements, reconciliations, payroll, invoicing, etc. On the project management side, you will work closely with our Designer and Project Manager, communicating with vendors and clients to help ensure that all aspects of our projects are implemented according to specifications.
