\nKelly Services is working with a well-branded client and seeking a Bookkeeper, QuickBooks Online in Buffalo NY. The role will support financial reports, data entries, G/L and banking services using QuickBooks software.

Location: Buffalo NY

\n\n

Pay Rate: $25/HR

\n\n

Schedule: MO - FR, 8am - 5pm I 40-hrs work week

\n\n

Position: Full Time, Contract to Direct Hire

\n\n

Job Duties “At-a-Glance”:

\n\n

\n\t
• Enter financial reports using QuickBooks Online\n\t
• Heavy data entry for reports, invoicing and matching payments\n\t
• Process Accounts Payables and Accounts Receivables on-time\n\t
• Reconciliations and banking transactions using QuickBooks Online\n\t
• Manage fiscal and status reports and records\n

\n\n

Work Requirements and Preferences:

\n\n

\n\t
• HS Diploma/GED, AS Degree is a plus\n\t
• 2-years experience of bookkeeping\n\t
• QuickBooks Online, MS Suite, and strong MS Excel experience \n
