Job Summary
We are seeking a talented Bookkeeper to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with the Accounting department to maintain accurate financial records and ensure the companys compliance with all legal requirements. Your responsibilities will include recording and verifying transactions, bringing the books to the trial balance stage The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and has a basic understanding in accounting.

Salary depending on prior experience.

Responsibilities

• Enter financial data and transactions
• Verify the accuracy of transactions that have been entered
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Prepare weekly and semi-monthly payroll
• Processing weekly and monthly union benefits reports

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an accountant, bookkeeper, or similar position
• Good with spreadsheets, experienced in Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks, and basic accounting systems
• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills
• Knowledge of Russian language preferred
