💵 Pay Range: $25.00 – $31.25/hour ($52K–$65K)

A well-established and growing organization is seeking a full-time Bookkeeper to support its accounting and administrative functions. This role is based 100% onsite in Shelbyville, KY and offers long-term stability, a strong benefits package, and growth potential within a close-knit team environment.

Position Overview:

The Bookkeeper will be responsible for a wide range of duties, including AP/AR processing, payroll assistance, and HR support. This role will cross-train across functions and support process improvements in a highly collaborative office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
• Assist with multi-state payroll for 50+ employees
• Manage cash receipts and assist with general ledger coding
• Provide support for HR tasks including open enrollment
• Communicate with field service teams
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail across all financial processes

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with an ERP system
• Proficiency in Excel
• Background in consumer services or field-based service environments
• Ability to multitask, self-manage, and thrive in a fast-paced setting
• Degree not required

Work Environment:

• 100% onsite role in a small office environment
• Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (some flexibility offered)
• Private individual workspace
