Kelly Services is partnering with a cutting-edge digital consulting company in Somerset, NJ , to find a detail-driven and experienced Bookkeeper for a temp-to-hire hybrid role . If you have a sharp eye for accuracy, a love for numbers, and a knack for process improvement, we want to hear from you!
\n\n? Key Responsibilities:
\n\nProcess and verify invoices, ensuring timely, accurate payments
\n\t\n\tMatch invoices to POs and reconcile vendor statements
\n\t\n\tMaintain precise financial records through journal entries and reconciliations
\n\t\n\tFoster strong vendor relationships and provide top-tier internal/external support
\n\t\n\tAssist with general bookkeeping functions and ongoing process improvements
\n\t\n\tTake ownership of special projects as needed
\n\t\n? What You Bring:
\n\n3+ years of hands-on Accounts Payable experience
\n\t\n\tProven bookkeeping background
\n\t\n\tProficiency with Microsoft Excel and MS Office
\n\t\n\tOutstanding organization and multitasking skills
\n\t\n\tMeticulous attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines
\n\t\n\tNetSuite experience is a big plus!
\n\t\n? Schedule:
\nMonday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm
\nHybrid (3 days in office: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday; 2 remote: Monday & Friday)
