**Join the growing team of Advanced Practice Providers with Banner Health!** **Excellent opportunity for a dynamic Physician Assistant or Acute Care Nurse Practitioner** **with an interest in Orthopedics** to join our highly trained team of OrthopedicSurgeons and Advanced Practice Providers at Banner Thunderbird Medical Center and our New River Trails location. Weprovide care to a varied group ofpatients focusing on Total Joint, Hip and Knee. Our APP will provide acute rounding on patients in thehospital and see patients in the clinic and provide First Assist in the OR. Qualified candidates must have the ability to work in a collaborative environment; one that thrives in a highly integrated and innovative setting; and a desire to focus on patient excellence. **Requirements:** + Board Certification as a Physician Assistantor Acute Care Nurse Practitioner + **ACNP is required to have an RNFA certificate at the time of application** + Licensed or eligible to be licensed in the state of AZ + Current prescribing privileges including a DEA license for controlled substance + Experienced APP with Orthopedic skills are preferred; however, new graduates will be considered + Current BLS & ACLS **Practice Details:** + Full-time | M-F, 8 AM 5 PM + Surgical/Clinical position; 3 day a week clinic 2 OR + Call: Practice Call only no Hospital Experience all the benefits of employment with Banner Health.
