**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Inventory Management:**
- Oversee the inventory of automotive parts and accessories, ensuring adequate stock levels and timely replenishment.
- Conduct regular audits to maintain inventory accuracy and reduce excess stock.
2. **Sales and Customer Service:**
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize parts sales and profitability.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting technicians and customers with parts inquiries and parts recommendations.
3. **Staff Management:**
- Hire, train, and supervise parts department staff, ensuring they are knowledgeable about products and services.
- Conduct performance evaluations and foster a positive work environment.
4. **Supplier Relations:**
- Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers to negotiate pricing and ensure timely delivery of parts.
- Stay updated on new products and industry trends to provide customers with the latest options.
5. **Reporting and Budgeting:**
- Prepare reports on parts sales performance, inventory levels, and department profitability.
- Develop and manage the parts department budget to ensure financial goals are met.
6. **Compliance and Safety:**
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and company policies in the parts department.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace for staff and customers.
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or automotive technology is preferred.
- Proven experience in automotive parts sales or management.
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems and parts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

**Working Conditions:**
