AUTOMOTIVE BILLER / DMV TITLE CLERK

$28 - $32 Per Hour Based on Experience

No Late Evenings, No Month-end Pressure!
We’re Up Early and Out Early!

Schedule: Monday - Friday

A well-established dealership in the Bronx/Queens area is seeking to hire an experienced Automotive Biller / DMV Title Clerk to play an integral role in their offices, collaborating closely with their Controller and esteemed colleagues.

Responsibilities – Biller / DMV Title Clerk:

• Prepare title and registration documents accurately and in a timely manner
• Prepare out-of-state title work and submit to a third-party agency as necessary
• Issue customer DMV refunds
• Schedule reconciliation
• Perform other duties as requested to assure optimum service levels

• Prior knowledge in DMV and Titling procedures for New York and out-of-state required
• Titling and/or Automotive Billing experience at a Car Dealership required
• Excellent customer service
• Experience with accounting software and other account functions is a PLUS!
• Organizational and phone skills are required
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Be a team-player
• Understand deadlines and be able to apply the appropriate sense of urgency to all tasks
