The Office Technology team is responsible for the buildout, maintenance and improvement of the technical infrastructure in our offices throughout the globe. What You'll Do: Support our AV infrastructure in our offices globally by installing, maintaining and upgrading conference room hardware, large presentation space hardware, and Application updates. Act as a point of escalation for AV and network issues from internal and external customers Create and maintain documentation for our AV configuration Act as support for your peers in the networking and AV space as needed Who You Are: You have a comprehensive understanding of AV hardware and infrastructure A good understanding of networking fundamentals A self driven individual who seeks out opportunities and a strong attention to detail Adept at learning new technologies and a willingness to stretch beyond your comfort zone Experienced in working and communicating effectively in a fast-paced, high growth, distributed organization Datadog values people from all walks of life.
