What You’ll Do:

  • Analyze media performance across marketing channels, including paid search, paid social, display, influencers, and affiliate marketing and share insights to drive business decisions and channel optimizations.
  • Partner closely with digital marketing channel leads and external agencies to build marketing strategies informed by data. Develop insights that can be shared with senior leadership at a regular cadence of cross-functional team and leadership meetings.
  • Lead reporting to be delivered to the marketing team and key stakeholders, including digital marketing forecasts and budgets, daily performance tracking, and weekly business reports.
  • Present ad hoc analyses and optimization opportunities based on digital marketing metrics, e-commerce data, and store data to inform and support digital marketing channel strategy.
  • Propose, track, and present findings on A/B marketing tests to drive business and channel performance.
  • Transform data and insights into visuals (graphs, charts) that can clearly address and articulate business trends. Ability to turn trends into opportunities.
  • Drive utilization of data insights across the team by proposing and building new Tableau and Adobe dashboards.
  • Own partnerships with cross-functional teams and channel leads (Email, CRM, Analytics, etc.) to gather insights and data that will help inform a holistic, full funnel marketing strategy.
  • Assist Senior Manager in developing Digital Marketing forecasts, incorporating channel-level strategies and insights to ensure forecasts are accurate and achievable.
  • Leverage newly launched Amperity CRM platform to uncover new insights into MK’s customer base, allowing the marketing team to more effectively communicate with our customers.
  • Contribute to developing MMM/MTA models with a focus on methodology and insights to inform digital marketing investment strategy.

You’ll Need to Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2-4 years of experience working in digital marketing and/or analytics for a performance-focused digital agency or relevant brand
  • Proficient in Omniture/Adobe Analytics; bonus if also familiar with Google AdWords, Facebook Business Manager, and ad serving platforms
  • Very high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
