Job Description

St Vincent de Paul Thrift Stores Orlando in Clermont, FL is looking for one assistant manager to join our team. We are located on 601 E. Hwy 50 Clermont, FL 34711. Our ideal candidate is attentive, punctual, and reliable.

Responsibilities

  • Train, coach, and develop employees and team leaders
  • Delegate tasks to team and provide follow-up
  • Hold team accountable for their performance; provide coaching and counseling as needed
  • Ensure team provides fast, friendly, and accurate customer service
  • Staff and schedule appropriately to ensure a full staff
  • Ensure proper cash handling and deposit procedures are followed
  • Ensure appropriate inventory and ordering systems are in place
  • Preparing payroll reports for Business Manager

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with customers and co-workers
  • Possess a positive attitude and ethics which support the St. Vincent de Paul Mission
  • Ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume, Non -Profit retail Thrift Store
  • Strong time-management skills; ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize
  • Must be computer literate and have a strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
