We’re hiring Drone Assembly Technicians who are hands-on, detail-oriented, and passionate about building high-quality unmanned systems. In this role, you’ll be responsible for assembling and integrating critical components of our VTOL drones, ensuring every system is meticulously built to meet our performance standards. Responsibilities

  • Assemble drone components, including motors, avionics, flight controllers, and other critical systems.
  • Perform routine quality control checks to ensure the highest standards of craftsmanship.
  • Support testing and troubleshooting of assembled drones, identifying and correcting issues as needed.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to understand assembly requirements and ensure precise builds.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Qualifications

  • Experience in mechanical or electronic assembly, preferably in aerospace or robotics.
  • Strong attention to detail with an ability to follow technical drawings and specifications.
  • Familiarity with UAV systems, avionics, or similar technologies is a plus.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and solve assembly-related problems.
  • Hands-on approach to work and ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
