Whether discussing appointment confirmation, cancelation, or rescheduling over phone, email, or live chat, keep friendly and professional contacts with clients. Keep appointment schedules accurate and current to ensure no two persons are booked at the same time. To reduce no-shows and cancellements, send clients timely email, text, or phone reminders. To offer exceptional customer service, answer quickly to client questions about appointment policies, details, and anything else that might be of interest. Record all client appointments, preferences, and calendar adjustments exactly in your documentation. Effective handling and resolution of scheduling challenges or problems will help you constantly to deliver customers the finest possible experience. Work with other team members to manage any requests for rescheuling and maintain seamless attendance. Needed Competencies: Site Requirement: The site has to be US based. Work history: Emphasize individuals with past remote experience in administrative, scheduling, or customer service roles. strong in written and spoken communication; skilled in guiding customers in a professional manner; competent in managing delicate situations.
