Keep appointment schedules accurate and current to ensure no two persons are booked at the same time.

To reduce no-shows and cancellements, send clients timely email, text, or phone reminders.

To offer exceptional customer service, answer quickly to client questions about appointment policies, details, and anything else that might be of interest.

Record all client appointments, preferences, and calendar adjustments exactly in your documentation.

Effective handling and resolution of scheduling challenges or problems will help you constantly to deliver customers the finest possible experience.

Work with other team members to manage any requests for rescheuling and maintain seamless attendance.
