Are you passionate about assembling intricate electromechanical systems? Do you have a knack for soldering and wiring with precision? If so, we're looking for you! We are a dynamic and innovative manufacturing company seeking a skilled Electromechanical Assembler to join our team. This is a permanent, full-time position where you will play a critical role in the assembly and testing of our industry-leading products. Our ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player with a strong background in electromechanical assembly and a commitment to quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

1. Assemble, test, and calibrate complex electromechanical systems following detailed instructions and blueprints.
2. Utilize hand tools and soldering equipment to assemble components accurately and efficiently.
3. Perform soldering tasks in compliance with J-STD-001 Wiring/Soldering Certification standards.
4. Use a contact welder to assemble and repair components as required.
5. Conduct routine inspections to ensure all components meet our high-quality standards.
6. Prototype and test new designs, providing feedback and recommendations for improvements.
7. Troubleshoot and repair defective units returned by customers.
8. Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve production goals.
10. Lead and mentor junior team members, fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement.

Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or equivalent required. Technical or vocational training in electromechanical assembly or a related field is preferred.
2. A minimum of 2 years of experience in an electromechanical assembly role.
3. J-STD-001 Wiring/Soldering Certification or equivalent experience is required.
4. Demonstrated proficiency with hand tools and soldering equipment.
5. Experience with a contact welder is a plus.
6. Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail.
7. Proven ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
8. Experience with calibration, prototyping, and testing of electromechanical systems.
9. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
10. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex electromechanical systems.
11. Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a commitment to maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
