Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Admissions Coordinator to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various activities and communication projects aimed at guiding applicants through the admissions process.
This role requires collaboration with the Admissions Director to enhance overall enrollment for the school.

Key Responsibilities:
- Guide prospective students through the admissions process, providing support and information as needed.
- Collaborate with the Admissions Director to develop and implement strategies to increase enrollment.
- Manage communications and outreach efforts to prospective students and their families.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to admissions activities.
- Assist in organizing events and activities that promote the school and its programs.

Qualifications:
- Some college-level education required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Two years of experience in education administration and/or project management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, HubSpot and other relevant software.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Fluent in Mandarin (simplified), both spoken and written- preferred
