This dynamic non-profit has an urgent need for a temporary Administrative Coordinator to support their Publications team. If you are a professional with prior experience and are interested in this position, apply today!

About the Job:

• Provide administrative support to a C-suite level individual.
• Invite articles for submission and evaluation.
• Support social media related activities and provide input.
• Assist with other tasks as requested.

About You:

• 1+ years of relevant administrative support experience.
• Must have MS Office Suite experience and proficiency!
• Familiarity with scientific publications is a plus!
• Ability to correspond with high level individuals in a professional manner and integrate with a larger team as needed.
• Must be very detail-oriented, organized, flexible, and reliable.
• Excellent oral/written communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.

About the Assignment:

• Temporary through August 1st.
• Pays $22/hr-$23/hr
• 2 days/week onsite in Washington, DC.
• Metro accessible!
