Account Executive – Business Wireless Sales

We are looking for an Account Executive to drive growth and deliver a best-in-class customer experience for major business wireless customers. This role is responsible for sales, retention, and customer satisfaction, with a strong focus on acquiring new business within the company's wireless footprint.

Day-to-day Responsibilities:

• Manage sales, retention, and overall customer experience for assigned business wireless customers while actively pursuing new activations.
• Maximize customer retention by cultivating strong relationships and providing ongoing support.
• Identify opportunities for growth within new and existing business accounts.
• Balance customer retention efforts with aggressive new business generation.
• Identify challenges and develop strategies to improve ease of doing business within the wireless industry.
• Meet or exceed sales targets related to customer retention and growth.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Proven sales experience, including quota attainment and appointment setting.
• Minimum of three years of relevant experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build and foster business relationships.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Preferred:

• College degree and experience in outside B2B sales.
